Return & Damaged Item Policy

At Full Charge Official, each order is produced and fulfilled specifically for our customers. Because of this, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for reasons such as:

  • Incorrect size selection
  • Change of mind
  • Preference regarding color, style, or fit
  • Orders placed in error

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at FullChargeSales@gmail.com.

To process your claim, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photographs showing the damage or defect

If we determine that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will:

  • Provide a prepaid return shipping label (if return of the item is required)
  • Replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion

Return Authorization Required

Do not send items back without prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted or processed.
